Katie Babic takes great pride in creating each unique design and wants you to be overjoyed with your piece. If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied, Katie Babic Designs offers a returns policy. While Katie offers free shipping on original purchases, she does not cover the return shipping costs. Please take a moment to read the return policy to ensure a smooth and easy return experience.
Return Eligibility
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the print must be undamaged, unmarked, and in the same packaging as it was received.
Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return your item.
Return Process
Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact Katie Babic at katiebabicdesigns@gmail.com. Provide your name, number, and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will have 15 days to return the package. Please do not return any items without prior authorization.
Packaging: Carefully repackage the print in its original packaging. Ensure that it is secure to prevent any damage during transit.
Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent).
Tracking: Retain your shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized prints are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error in the order.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your print, within 15 days of receipt, for a different design or size, please follow the same steps for a return and place a new order for the desired item.
